Return & Refund Policy

At Aurora & Belle New York, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Intimates and underwear
- Swimwear without the original hygiene liner
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
How to Start a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Our support team will provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return procedure.
