Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and the selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Aurora & Belle New York is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us at info@aurora-belle.com, and we will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees may be charged by your local customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

Multiple Shipments

Depending on product availability and warehouse location, your order may arrive in separate shipments. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

This helps us investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
